CSB Supports Bravehearts Inc
Nick Lintern, CSB's Business Development Manager in Queensland, recently organised a fundraiser for families living with the impact of child sexual assault. The funds raised were for the purchase of family passes to theme parks on the Gold Coast.
Nick emailed all CSB state offices and the Bendigo & Adelaide Bank branch network seeking support. All up $1400 was raised which enabled the purchase of 4 annual family passes (each valid until June 2010).
In addition to the 4 annual family passes, Dreamworld on the Gold Coast donated 3 family day passes each valued at $228.
Nick worked closely with Bravehearts Inc in this fundraising and on Thursday 24 September 2009 the passes, 2 x families of 4 given VIP passes to Wet N Wild, Sea World & Movie World until June 2010, 2 x families of 3 given VIP passes to Wet N Wild, Sea World & Movie World until June 2010 and 3 x families of 4 day passes to Dreamworld, were presented to Bravehearts Executive Director and staff.
CSB is committed to making a difference in communities and appreciates the commitment of its staff and thanks all those within the Branch Network that made a contribution making the purchase of the passes possible.
