CSB is not like a traditional bank branch. Customers transacting with CSB do so predominantly via e-banking and/or phone banking (including online applications) using the facilities of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.
However, traditional deposits, withdrawals and loan inquiries can also be completed at any one of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank's extensive range of company owned and /or Community Bank® branches.
CSB seeks to enhance the capacity and capability of the community sector to deliver positive Social Impact by reinvesting banking profits into the sector.
CSB develops innovative capacity-building solutions to the challenges that face the community sector by collaborating with not-for-profit organisations, commercial entities and government agencies.
CSB's involvement in the social economy includes supporting organisations involved in employment services, job training, childcare, aged care, health, affordable housing, micro-financing, indigenous enterprises, environmental sustainability, education, sport, insurance, vehicle fleet management, and phone and internet products and services.
