Greg Peel, Chief Executive Officer
Greg has been involved in providing innovative financial solutions for Australian and international corporations for over 25 years, having held senior positions with Banque Nationale de Paris, Standard Chartered Bank and Bendigo Bank. Greg's experience covers developing markets, trade finance, capital markets and integrated global financial solutions.
Peter Quarmby, Executive Director and CEO, Community Sector Innovation (CSB’s Business Development Unit)
Peter has worked in the Community Sector for over 20 years. He has been CEO of two community-based employment services providers (Enterprise and Training Company of Coffs Harbour and Access Community Group in Wollongong). Peter was also instrumental in the foundation of both Community Sector Banking and Australia’s first Regional Superannuation Fund.

Wayne Trotman, Chief Finance and Risk Officer
Wayne has been with CSB since its establishment and has over 22 years experience in the finance industry, having held positions with some of Australia's leading investment banks. His responsibilities at CSB include managing its Treasury operations, administering its Risk functions and overseeing all financial reporting. Wayne also plays a leading role in guiding the strategic direction of CSB.

Maz Thomson, Chief Operations Officer
Maz commenced work as Project Manager with CSB in 2006 and assumed responsibility for all Operations functions in May 2008.

Trevor James, Manager Marketing and Communications
Trevor joined CSB in 2006 and has extensive experience in marketing, corporate communications, corporate strategy, management and policy development. Trevor's background in all levels of the Australian education sector, the tourism industry and as a board member of business, industry and public sector organisations has provided him with a broad understanding of both the commercial and government sectors.

Pat Cavanagh, General Manager – Community Sector Enterprise Development
Pat Cavanagh has been with Community Sector Banking (CSB) since its establishment and currently holds the position of General Manager – Community Sector Enterprise Development. Pat has extensive experience in finance and banking, having held senior positions with some of Australia’s largest banks prior to his time at CSB. Pat was with Bendigo Bank immediately prior to joining CSB.
